These colossal high grade whole cashews imported from India are roasted to perfection in pure peanut oil. When this fresh, whole cashews maintain their natural sweetness.  You will certainly taste the difference from mass produced canned varieties. We offer these in sealed bags, gift boxes and tins. For maximum enjoyment, we suggest they be consumed within a few weeks or they can be frozen when properly vacuum sealed. They are also available unsalted and raw.

We begin with a freshly roasted hard white peanut and apply ground Bhut Jolokia pepper that packs a whopping 1,500,000 Scoville units of firepower. We selected Ghost Pepper because it has perfect characteristics for nuts. First, it does not 'punch you in the face'. The heat subtly grows in your mouth from an ember to a flame, allowing you to enjoy the fresh roasted flavor of the peanut while the heat is building. Next, they are surprisingly clean, not a lot of residue like with other spicy nuts. Finally, they need less salt. Ghost Whites are not for everyone. Spanish peanuts have smaller kernels and are full of flavor with a red skin, fresh roasted to perfection in peanut oil, with salt or without. Also available raw, these nuts are Georgia grown and used in peanut brittle, candy and other confections.

Select California Almonds roasted to perfection with a light dusting of salt allowing the true sweetness of the nut to shine through. Hard hit by the California drought, the nuts are more difficult to find but the quality remains very high. Goes great as a healthy snack or whenever hunger calls.
